Current Positions Available -
Relief Rehabilitation Counsellor positions are available with scheduled hours of up to 14.75 per week. Various day, evening, and overnight shifts are available on weekdays and weekends. This position may ideally augment your other commitments.
As a Rehabilitation Counsellor, you will provide direct front-line client support in our Residential, Outreach, or Modular Services programs.
We are seeking individuals who, at a minimum, have completed 50% of a degree or 75% of a diploma in a related field such as social services, psychology, or sociology. Consideration will be given to those who have experience in providing personal care to adults, who have performed manual or machine assisted client transfers and who have knowledge of implementing behavioural support plans.
Experience with behavioural, emotional and mental health issues related to acquired brain injuries is preferred. Additional requirements include a valid driver’s license with no restrictions, daily access to an insured passenger vehicle and current First Aid/CPR certification.
